relocation of dll what does this mean? system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory the application will not run properly, do not know what this means can anyone help thank you

You are the 60th person I've helped w/this problem, with 100 % results.
RTHDCPL.exe is the exact file, it is the Realtek HD sound effect manager on your pc. There is a windows security update, that relocates this fill in memory, so that it doesn't load on restart. This update is causing this problem on alot of pc's
Control panel>>add or remove, at the top check mark "show updates" scroll down towards the bottom, look for security update : KB925902, click remove to uninstall it, and restart your pc. This will take care of it.
NOTE: you may need to change the settings on your automatic updates if it is set on "automatic", or it will try to install this update again later.
