no you can't, unless you spend 24-7 on it

with a good website the people visit regually you are likely get a bit of trade or through traffic that earns your money. but if you can earn 1000 with only a few hours like they claim - then they can too. basically your helping them do almost free advertising, and they don't always pay afterwards.

try carbooting you can earn just as much if you get good. Met one trader who use to earn 20k during summer with a car and lots of walking & haggling.
