Adobe Photoshop?

I want to bring out the red in my picture, is there a way I can do that with Adobe Photo shop without making 'everything' red?

Go to advance, then tools,under select, find magic wand, then touch were you want, then go to quality, and use controls from there.

Use lasso, magic wand, pen, or mask tool to make a selection of what you want to be red.

Then go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation

Click the colorize button, then play with the sliders

You can also play with the layer opacity and blending options and whatnot

You can also do the same thing with Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation, however I find that the new layer is more adjustable and won't screw with the original image.
