Why are all of the photography and photoshop magazines

at Barnes & Noble and Borders stores from the UK? You'd think there would be at least some published in the US, but it seems that nearly all of them are from the UK and carrying a $15 price tag. Why is this?!

There are quite a few US published magazines such as Popular Photography. Sure the computer section has the UK titles, but there's a photography spot in the hobbies section.
