This is VERY simple. After you have downloaded the file, copy it to the Windows Font directory. To access this, open your control panel, and double-click on Fonts.

if so, you have to extract it in order to use it

In your windows folder, look for the "fonts" folder. Copy the new *.ttf file into there.

That should be all you need to do.
