photoshop pictures to have html on them?

where can I download a free photoshop thing so I can add little sayings or html to the picture? i see everyone doing it on myspace and would really love to do some stuff to my photos! anyone know what Im talking about

I am almost certain you cannot add code in to pictures. And thats probably a good thing otherwise every picture would have a virus in it. What your seeing could be flash, dhtml layers, or something else. Maybe post a link to the picture that has the "code" in it, and someone can help tell you what they are doing
