I applied for an affiliate marketing rebate processing position. I have not made any money yet. I am placing ads and doing what is required but nothing is happening. I am on the verge of asking for a refund and try something else I can do at home to make money. But does anyone know if these programs really work. I am suppose to be linked with the #2 top rebate processing program. I get support at anytime, but still nothing, it is frustrating and I don't have money to put into mailing lists and advertising at this time to encourage more people to order products I advertise for. Anyway, I would like to hear other peoples experiences with affiliate marketing and any advise on how to promote and receive sales without putting out extra cash to do so. thanks.

Ask for your money back! Rebate processing is false advertisement. You probably paid into a program that taught you how to do affiliate marketing on products, you get a commission for what sells then you give back part of your profit to the customer.

It's a complete scam. I fell for one of those. Real affiliate marketing is free and DOES NOT require you to give up any portion of your commission. This is how those yappers use the term "data entry". They should be strung up in a tree.

There's lots of information about affiliate marketing out there. I suggest a very good website for a start with good free information covering the basics and any tools you may want to consider having to help your sales conversions.

Affiliate programs are ways of making money on the Internet without ever creating or selling your own product. Hundreds of sites offer various types of affiliate programs. Most work as simply as this: you offer a link to an e-commerce site on your own Web site and when someone buys a product or registers after following that link, you receive a commission.

I have being searching many places on the web for money making opportunities. I have come across many scams as well as websites that don't pay well or have a high minimum payout.

The affiliate i am working with is http://www.referforex.com/. It is absolutely free with no downloading or initial fees. It is totally free. You just have to register there and get a banner code. Then place this code on our website or blog and get started.

Actually the basis of my choosing affiliate is based on:
1. The reputation and popularity of the product and company
2. The commission structure.
3. Relevancy of product with my blogs.
4. The terms and conditions of the affiliates.
