photoshop software?

i need to find a program to download where i can mess around with pictures on. can anyone recommend one and tell me where to download it from

lots of them out there, try doing a google search or simply use the gimp, which is a free download for a very powerful program

PaintDOTnet or the GIMP are free & are the best next to Photoshop, which is expensive. You'll need to download MicrosoftNETframeworkv2.0 (which is free) to use PaintDOTnet though.

You should download the Microsoft office set it contains a picture viewer and a picture editor. you can also make slide shows out of it.

Google has quite a good one - Picasa. So log on to Google and go from there.
