everything goes ok until I try to edit it ,
when I click to change anything it always comes up a file thing
and a red circle with a slash through it ,
What does this mean ? and how do i fix it ?

Make sure your picture format is either a .jpg, .gif, or a .bmp.

1. Try using a different web browser. Piczo is supported on Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Firefox. Internet Explorer usually works well.

2. When loading pictures, make sure the page finishes loading before you begin doing anything else (look at the IE symbol or whatever symbol you have in the top right corner of your browser window). If you click on something else before the page finishes loading, your changes will not be saved.

3. Clear your browser cache.

If it's a gif image and you rotated it you might get a red X. To fix this, resize the picture by dragging the arrows on the bottom right of the picture. Then refresh the page by clicking F5. You might have to refresh a couple of times and you should be able to see the picture. Once you can see it, you can resize it back to the original shape if you want.
