How to round corners using html and css?

I've been linked to sites like "nifty corners" and others alike, but this whole making rounded corners thing is still not clear to me.

I'm wondering if there is anyway to just make all of my divs have rounded corners and I could just include that into my external style sheet?

and if thats not possible, maybe someone could help me make sense of what nifty corners is trying to tell me?
