If you're using 1.0 go to "Edit Profile" and on the upper left hand corner click "Profile Themes" or go here while being logged inhttp://profileedit.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=245189771&pe=1

On the very bottom click "Start Over". Make sure to save changes.(Publish)

If you're using 2.0, go to "Edit Profile" on the upper left corner click "NEW! - Customize Profile" or go here while being logged in http://profileedit.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=pageeditor.profile&MyToken=f1edaf6a-5206-4fc7-b726-af60feaf4f14

On the right side on mid-top click the blank square that reads "No Theme".

When you're done on the upper left side click "Publish".
