How do you tile a photograph in photoshop?

I did this thing on my screensaver and tiled a picture , is there anyway I can do th is in photoshop?

You would have to copy the picture and paste it over and over again on a larger canvas. This is easiest if you draw gauides on the canvas to make sure you're lining the pictures up correctly.
