Help need in HTML and CSS?
I am trying to make this box by using table but so far have no luck. so plz help me out. you can see this box on this web site. it says like grand opening of new location. I am trying to DESIGN same box as shown on the web site. you can suggest me either using CSS or HTML. Thank you for your help

What i would do is to make your image like that. then using css firstly add the image using background-image. then make new classes. like header ect.and position the text.
if you need help w3schools.com should help
